Due to custom nature of our products, Papier De Luxe cannot offer refunds or exchanges once your proof has been approved.

Refunds (if applicable)
Due to custom nature of our products, Papier De Luxe, unfortunately, cannot offer refunds or exchanges once your proof has been approved. Prior to proof approval, you can cancel your order in writing by emailing us at orders@papierdeluxe.com. All cancellations are subject to at least a 10% cancellation fee. If we have begun the design process, meaning a graphic design artist has begun modifying your chosen design, the cancellation fee will be no less than $250.00. A non-editable, digital copy of the modified design will be provided to you upon cancellation of your order.
Once your cancellation notice is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation request. We will also notify you within 48hrs of the approval or denial of your refund and the amount of your refund.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days of approval.
Samples are not refundable under any circumstance.

Exchanges (if applicable)
An exchange is a replacement of one item(s) for the same item without alteration(s). Any alteration to the print approved draft or other alteration(s) resulting in any variance to the final product will not be considered an exchange but rather a separate order and will be placed in production as a new order and will be subject to new order guidelines. We only exchange items if they are defective, misprinted, or damaged.
Items that do not function as intended are considered defective. Defective items will be replaced at the expense of Papier De Luxe. The production time for most items cannot be shortened. Papier De Luxe will make every effort to get the replacement items to you as soon as possible with no unnecessary delays.
Damage resulting from shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company. All orders shipped to you will be properly packaged and insured and tracked. Claims for damage related to shipping will be process through the shipping company. As such, it is imperative that you contact us as soon as possible at orders@papierdeluxe.com with photos of the damage and the damaged packaging.
Misprinted items are items whose final print differs from the print approved draft. If there is an error in the print approved draft, the error is proofing error and is not a misprint. Reprints resulting from proofing errors will be completed at the customer’s expense. Reprints resulting from misprints will be completed at Papier De Luxe’s expense.
